Ann Clark Madson
Malad - Ann Clark Madson, 74, died today at Provo of natural causes. She was born Sept. 2, 1883, at Malad, to William Hyrum and Harriet Williams Clark. She was married to John Madson Feb. 15, 1905, at Malad, who died 28 years ago. She was a member of the LDS Church and lived in Malad until she moved to Provo 18 years ago.
Survivors are six sons and three daughters: James and Jack of Malad; Rex of Salt Lake City; Orville of Washington, D.C.; Grant of Idaho Falls; Parke of Provo; Mrs. Hattie Knight of Provo; Mrs. Elva Williams, Malad; Mrs. Amelia Garrick of Los Angeles; 14 grandchildren; 1 brother and two sisters, W. H. Clark, Malad; Mrs. Henry (Mable) Niessnegger, Malad; Mrs. James L. (Elizabeth) Jones, Malad.
Services will be Saturday in the St. John LDS Ward chapel with Bishop Melvin Yearsley officiating. Friends may call at the Benson Funeral Home Friday from 6 to 9 and Saturday prior to services. Interment will be in the Malad City Cemetery under the direction of the Benson Funeral Home.
