Survivors: Children, Jack, St. George; Steven, Bountiful; Mrs. Dennis (Connie) Wentworth, Roy; 22 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; brother, Roy Tapp, Kearns. Preceded in death by two sisters, Ethel Middlemiss and Thelma Tapp Riggs; 2 sons, Bill & Don.
