"Burt Alston Driggs, 72, 2599-5th East, died of natural causes Sunday at 2:30 a.m. in a Salt Lake hospital. Born April 2, 1893, Salt Lake City to Apollos G. and Elizabeth Alston Driggs. Married Emma Cook Oct. 21, 1914, Salt Lake City. She died Feb. 10, 1952. Married Peggy Walker, October 1954. She died Aug. 10, 1956. Married Elizabeth Fleming, Oct. 9, 1961. Member Nibley Park LDS Ward. Past youth activity leader. Loyal Order of Moose, Boilermakers Union 182, Oil Workers Union 286. Boilermaker.

Survivors: widow; son, daughter, Dale L., Mrs. John (Shirley) Farrington, both Salt Lake City; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Earle, Salt Lake City; three stepchildren.

Funeral Wednesday noon, 36 E. 7th South, where friends call Tuesday 6-8 p.m., Wednesday prior to services. Burial Salt Lake City Cemetery."
