here is also the obit / funeral card to back these changes up. BUT, the maiden name. I used the way that our group does it since she re-married after T Boyd died. The second husband, Simeon White, I could not find in the area when I searched findagrave. John Wheeler - member WVGS

Lizzie Trigg Murphy White, daughter of William R. and Lucy Shelton Trigg, was born near Simpson on November 20, 1889, and entered eternal rest in the Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Ill., on Saturday, May 1, 1971, having attained the age of 81 years, 5 months and 11 days.

She became the bride of T. Boyd Murphy on April 12, 1914. They established their home on a farm near Robbs, Ill. Nine children were born to this union. One daughter, Floy, died at the early age of eight years.

They labored together on the farm for 41 years until September 10, 1955, when Boyd was called to his eternal home. She and a younger son, Kenneth, remained on the farm until 1957, when they moved to Robbs.

She was married to Simeon White on August 28, 1965. They made their home in Creal Springs for these past 5 ½ years.
She accepted Christ as her personal Savior in 1942. Although she never affiliated with any church, her faith in God remained strong these many years.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Simeon White; five daughters and three sons, Ruby Noll, East Peoria, Ill., Mary Phelps of Port Byron, Ill., Lennie Abbott, Clarendon Hills, Ill., June Street, Ozark, Ill., Pauline Brown, Bloomington, Ill., Byron S.
