Weltha Louisa Pixley was born 11 January 1859 in Rochester, Olmstead County, Minnesota, to Jasper Pixley and Louisa A. Norton. On 15 September 1881 she married William Thomas "Will" Harmon in Grove Lake, Pope County, Minnesota at the age of 22. She died at age 45 on 5 June 1904 in Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana. Her husband, Will, lived to be 98 years old and died in Riverside, Riverside County, California on 1 March 1951.

Mrs. Harmon Dead

Mrs. Weltha Harmon, a well known resident of this city, died at her home in Duncan's addition Sunday morning after an illness of less than one week's duration. She had been in good health until a few days before her death when she was stricken with a species of paralysis and in spite of all that could be done she sank steadily until Sunday morning when she died. The deceased was about 46 years of age and besides her husband she leaves two sons to mourn her loss, Ralph and Hubert. The former is a student at the state university, but on the first indication of the seriousness of his mother's condition he was summoned home.

The funeral was held from the Methodist church yesterday afternoon, and was conducted under the auspices of the local Order of Yeoman, of which she was a member. Interment was in Spring Creek cemetery at the Willis' school house.
