DEVOTEE OF GOP DIES SUDDENLY

Lee H. Bosley of Chenault dies in 60th year.
Born in Indiana, widow and three children survive.
Hardinsburg, KY 12 April 1920
On 18 March while attending court here, Mr. Lee H. Bosley of Chenault was stricken with acute indigestion at the home of his daughter, Mrs. R.I. Stephenson. After convalescing for about 10 days, Mr. Bosley was considered sufficiently
recovered to return to his home, where he seemed well for a few days when complications arose resulting in dissolution at 3 p.m. Wednesday 07 April. Mr. Bosley was born in French Lick Springs Indiana 60yrs ago, and was the son of the Reverend Joseph Bosley of the Methodist Episcopal Church and Sarah Ann Taylor Bosley.
After finishing at the Marengo High School, Mr. Bosley made his home in Louisville and traveled representing a wholesale firm of that city until late years he gave most of his attention to farming and stock raising at his home on the Ohio River near Chenault.
Mr. Bosley was married in 1884 to Miss Nellie Gilliland, granddaughter of the late Mrs. Rachel Wimp Frymire. To this union 6 children were born, 2 infants and a son in young manhood preceding the father in death. Surviving are the widow and 3 children. Mrs. R.I. Stephenson, Ms. Laura Bosley, and Lee Earl Bosley.
Mr. Bosley was a staunch Republican and was always ready to promote the interests of his party. He was a kind and helpful neighbor. He was a special friend to the boys, and will be missed by many. Funeral held Saturday afternoon with interment at the Family Graveyard at Flint Island.
