Tracy Borchers, 96, of Downers Grove, IL, formerly of rural Gilman, died on Tuesday, December 17, 2002 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove.
Mrs. Borchers was born in rural Danforth in 1906, a daughter of Jerry and Flora Perzee Koets. She was married to Leslie Borchers on July 18, 1928 and lived in rural Gilman where she and her husband farmed. Together they had a daughter, Barbara, and a son, Byron.
Mrs. Borchers is survived by a daughter, Barbara, of Glen Ellyn, and a daughter-in-law, Sharon, of Gilman. Her husband, Leslie, preceded her in death on June 12, 1988 and her son, Byron, died in 1977.
Mrs. Borchers was an active member of the Danforth Reformed Church. She is buried at the Danforth Cemetery.
