Rella Mae Amdor, 62, died in Mennonite Hospital, Bloomington on March 16,1959. Funeral services were held at Stensel's Funeral Home with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery.

She was born February 11, 1897 a d/o Lancelot and Mary Owings Dewey in Greensburg IN. She married Walter Lewis Amdor (1893-1962) in Lawrenceburg Indiana on January 3, 1916.

Survivors are the children: Russell L. Amdor (1918-1997) , Evelyn Miller and Effie Vance, Farmer City; Wilbur of Waynesville; Wayne "Squire" Elvin Amdor (1925-2007) and Edna of Bloomington; also ten grandchildren; and three brothers: Chester Dewey, Mackinaw; Ezra Dewey, Amboy; Ralph Dewey of Peoria; four sisters: Maude Hale, East Peoria; Pearl Fredericks of Chillicothe; Eva Coy and Myrtle Stahle, both of Greensburg IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Donald Eugene; one brother and four sisters.

She was a member of the Weedman Methodist Church.

Casket bearers were Roy Amdor, Linville Amdor, Merle Amdor, Eugene Dewey, Ralph Dewey and Orville Dewey.
