OBITUARY Louisa Morse
Friends of Louisa J. Morse, 84, may call Sunday from 2 to 6 PM at Kammann Mortuary. Graveside services will be Monday at 2 PM in Desert Lawn, with Chaplain Jerry Monroe officiating. Born Dec. 24, 1897, in Tie, Okla., Mrs. Morse died Wednesday at Yuma Regional Medical Center. She resided at 1186 Jewel Ave., was a member of the Ladies of the Elks and a past member of Yuma Rod and Reel Club. Survivors include her sons Oscar of Yuma, Rollie of San Diego and Elbert of Pine, Ariz.; brother Fred V. Hargis of Yuma; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She will be buried next to her husband G. C. Morse, who died in 1968. Pallbearers will be her grandsons George, David, Jimmy, James, Tommy and Bob Morse. In lieu of other remembrances, the family suggests donations to a favorite charity.
