Mildred I. Womeldorf, 65, of 160 Bloomfield School Road, Portersville, died Friday morning at Beaver Valley Medical Center in Beaver.

Born June 29, 1930, in Summerville, Pa., she was the daughter of Mary Goodman Ballentine Walters and the late Gerald Ballentine.

She married Joseph Womeldorf in November 1954. He survives.

She was a graduate of Sligo High School and worked at Adams Manufacturing in Portersville for many years. She was Protestant.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by a son, Joseph Womeldorf, Jr. of Portersville; two daughters, Mary Conley of Elizabeth, Pa. and Elaine Carstensen of Fairbanks, Alaska; four granddaughters; four brothers, Dan Ballentine of Oil City, Joe Walters of New Bethlehem, Jim Walters of Pittsburgh and Lou Walters of Sligo; and a sister, May Womeldorf of Middle Lancaster.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends of Mildred I. Womeldorf, who died Friday, Aug. 11, 1995, will be received at Jay Bryan Funeral Home, Main Street, Prospect, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Sligo Cemetery.
