Decatur Daily Review – August 11, 1962

Funeral services for Hollis F. Christopher, 71, of Route 4, will be 10 a.m. Monday in the Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
Mr. Christopher was pronounced dead on arrival at Wabash Hospital at 6:45 p.m. Friday.
A resident of the Decatur area for 50 years, he was a retired road electrician with the Wabash Railroad.
Mr. Christopher served in the Air Force during World War I.
He was born in Shelbyville Aug. 16, 1890, the son of Frank and Lula Berry Christopher.
He married Leona Dugan Dec. 26, 1922 in Indiana.
Mr. Christopher leaves his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Norma Lee of Decatur.
There are three grandchildren.

A brother, Paul, preceded him in death.
