Jackie R. Brawner, age 55, of Lafayette, TN passed away Saturday evening, April 18, 2009 at the University Medical Center in Lebanon.
Survivors include:
Sons, Jackie Wayne (Joanna) Brawner & Brandon Brawner both of Lafayette
Sisters, Jean Tracy of Bowling Green, KY, Peggy (Charlie) Wade of Greenfield, IN,

Funeral Services for Jackie R. Brawner will be conducted Tuesday morning, April 21, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of the Anderson and Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, with Elder Dean Sircy and Elder Jerry Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Anderson and Son Memorial Park in Lafayette.

Jackie R. Brawner passed away on Saturday evening, April 18, 2009 at University Medical Center in Lebanon, TN. Funeral services for Jackie R. Brawner will be conducted on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elders Dean Sircy and Jerry Smith officiating. Interment followed in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park. Kevin Wilburn, Barry Cothron, Tim Rush, Darrel Wayne Boyd, Michael Boyd & Chad Cook served as Pallbearers.

Jackie was born October 2, 1953 in Macon County, Tennessee, one of fourteen siblings born to the late John Clemon and Mary Neal (Meador) Brawner. Besides his parents, brothers, Aaron & Ronald Brawner preceded him death. He was employed by the State of Tennessee, Tennessee Valley Authority and was a farmer. He was saved in July of 1965 and was a member of the Brattontown Missionary Baptist Church.

His survivors include, sons, Jackie Wayne (Joanna) Brawner and Brandon Brawner both of Lafayette, sisters, Jean Tracy of Bowling Green, KY, Peggy (Charlie) Wade of Greenfield, IN, Jo Nelle Wilburn, Mary D. (Jerry) Smith, Shirley (Don) Rush, Maggie (Darrel) Boyd, Judy (Jimmy) Boyd and Pam (K.C.) Henry, brothers, Junior (Shirley) Brawner, Doyle "DRB" Brawner all of Lafayette and Randall (Sue) Brawner of Hartsville, granddaughters, Braysha and Bailey Brawner.
