Jean Meador Tracy, 83, of Bowling Green went to be with the love of her life, the late Rev. Charles E. Tracy, on Friday December 11, 2015. She was born on November 11, 1932 in Macon County, TN to the late John Clemon and Mary Neal Brawner.
Jean was retired from Union Underwear and was a Baptist by faith. She lived everyday for her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Many called her mom, because her door and kitchen was always open.
She was preceded in death by 4 brothers Rondel, Randall, Aaron and Jackie Brawner and sister Maggie Boyd.
Jean was survived by a son Dwight Tracy, daughter Rita Maxwell (Jay Stine), a special daughter Jrlean Pedigo, 4 grandchildren Stephanie Bundy(Jerry), Christie McFadden (Keith Morris), Dakota Hawks and Kitsie Maxwell. 4 great grandchildren Kobe and Keylin Haynie, Cassius Bundy and Kennedie McFadden, 2 brothers John Brawner, Jr. and Doyle Brawner, 6 sisters JoNell Wilburn, Mary Dee Smith (Jerry), Shirley Rush (Don), Judy Boyd (Jimmy), Pam Henry (K.C.), of Lafayette, TN, Peggy Wade (Charlie) of Greenwood, IN, several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday December 14, 2015 at J.C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel with burial to follow in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation at the funeral home will be Sunday from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
