Services for William Harvey "Billy" Ariail, 68, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel of Newberry, with burial in Enoree Baptist
Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the church cemetery fund.
Mr. Ariail died Thursday, Feb. 13, 1992. Born in Parr, he was a son of the late Albert H. and Willie Shealy Ariail. A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a shift supervisor for McMeekin Station of SCE&G and a member of Mount Hermon Lutheran church.
Surviving are his wife, Annie Cromer Ariail; a son, Robert "Bob" Ariail of Little Mountain; daughters, Denise Blanch of Louisville, Ky., Janice Best of Columbia and Betty Dixon of Cayce; sisters Fay Lemmon of Winnsboro and Betty Hentz of Newberry; and three grandchildren.
