This memorial is based only on a ceramic Civil War marker (#1386). There is no grave marker. The ceramic marker is beside a gravestone of John A. and Mary BORLAND. It looks like there was a marble headstone behind the ceramic marker, but the marble headstone is now missing.
I have used the BORLAND surname for this person only as a theory until better information is available.
There is a small marble stone behind the ceramic marker and to the right. It has the initials "E. Mc." It is probably a footstone or older headstone for Elizabeth McCUTCHEON whose grave is behind the ceramic marker.
