He had many occupations in his lifetime,farming being one he enjoyed the most having grown up on a farm .
He enjoyed squirrel hunting and coon hunting in his younger life .
He is survived by his wife ,5 sons,3 daughters and 2 grandsons.
He passed away on April 3,1987 and is buried in Mount Olive Cemetery ,Scurry,Texas,in the family plot with his son, and his parents.
