Funeral services for Shirley Thomas Agee were Friday Jan. 16, 2009, at Jackson Memory Funeral Home with John Kennedy officiating.
Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Agee died Tuesday, Jan. 13, at Shoals Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Thomas and Sadie Tolbert.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Nathaniel Agee; two daughters, Desiree Agee Purser (Donald) and Renee Agee Kennedy (John); one brother, Joseph Thomas; two granddaughters; and one great-grandson, all of Town Creek.
Pallbearers were Ronnie Agee, Ike Agee, Keith Martin, Adam Thomas, Matthew Thomas and Ronnie Terrell.
Honorary Pallbearers were Charles Agee and Robert Cornelison
