Kelsia R. Harsey, 96, of Tallahassee, died on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2003. She was a Homemaker and a member of Wildwood Methodist Church, where she was the oldest member. She resided with her daughters: in Gainesville where she lived with Ruth Carroll and in Tallahassee with Martha Capelouto. She is also survived by her daughter: Linda Thomas of Cummings, Ga.; a son: Kenneth Harsey of Lynn Haven; two sisters: Frances Green of Wildwood; Freda Green of Panama City; Nine Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren, and Four Great Great Grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 27, 2003 at Wildwood Methodist Church with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Wildwood. Memorial contributions may be made to: Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd. Tallahassee FL 32308 or Florida Methodist Children's Home, 51 Main St. Enterprise, FL 32725.
