Ruth H. Carroll, 89, of Cleveland, died Tuesday morning, May 31, 2016, at a Chattanooga health care facility.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Carroll; and parents, Clifton and Kelsia Roberts Harsey.
Survivors include her children: Robert Carroll and Donna Carroll Still, both of Cleveland; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters: Martha Capelouto and Linda Thomas; and brother, Kenneth Harsey.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Friday, June 3, 2016, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Wildwood, Fla.
