Services were held Wednesday at Gleason First United Methodist Church, with burial in Hopewell Cemetery. Gallimore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Trevathan was born May 2, 1917, in the Ward's Chapel community near Gleason, daughter of the late William and Mary Frances White. She was the widow of Ellis Frank Trevathan.
Survivors include seven children, Rubye (Billy Wayne) Snider, Kaye (Jim) Hynds, Rosemary Evans, Nancy (Dave) Wyman, Sue Price, Jeter Trevathan and Anita (Bob) Knowles; one daughter-in-law, Brenda Trevathan; 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Frankie Trevathan; and one grandson, Alan Snider. wcp 3-26
