Sue Dillard, 75, of Kingsport died Tuesday morning, March 10, 2009, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.

She was born in Kingsport where she resided most of her life. Mrs. Dillard was a graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School and retired in 1978 as a bookkeeper from Bennett & Edwards Insurance Company. She was a lifelong member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Her husband, Robert Gibbs Dillard preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, Robert Kimberley Dillard and wife Leigh of Kingsport and John Kelly Dillard also of Kingsport.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. T. Richard Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 1238 Pine Street, Kingsport, TN 37664.
