FROSTBURG Wayne Leslie Crowe Sr., 50, of Bowery Street, Frostburg, died Sunday, June 15, 2003, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born March 26, 1953, in Frostburg, he was the son of Harold and Lillian (Baker) Crowe, Finzel.
Mr. Crowe worked in the Construction Inspection Division of the Maryland State Highway Administration. He was also a 30 year member of the Maryland National Guard, Cumberland, with the rank of Sergeant.
Mr. Crowe was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Farrady Post 24 American Legion, Moose Lodge 348, Elks Lodge 470, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 40 and Eagle Aerie 1273, all of Frostburg.
Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Daniel Agnew officiating.
Interment will be in the Emmanuel Methodist Cemetery.
