The Canonsburg Herald, Canonsburg PA, Thursday 27 October 1898 - ROBERT BOYCE died Sunday aged 68 years. The deceased died on the farm on which he lived most of his life. He made a trip to California during the gold excitement. He was a veteran of the civil war, and leaves a wife and two children. The funeral exercises were held Tuesday afternoon, interment in Melrose Cemetery.
