Father to Angela, Alan, Yvette, Rob, and Shain.

Grandfather to Alex, Bradley, and Cailin Maxwell; Elijah Raymond; and Breanna, Kamrin, Ciciley, Alan, and Jazzmyn Zube.

Joe was one of the most accepting people we've ever known; you always knew he would never judge you, and accept you for who you are. He was happy just to be around family, and that family misses his quick jokes and fun notes and letters.
