He was married (secondly) on May 5, 1791, in Mercer County, Kentucky, to Leah Smock, the daughter of Jacob Smock and Tryntie Demarest.

**Mary (Polly) Seburn Ryker, born June 6, 1809, in Shelby County, Kentucky, died post-1880, in Jefferson County, Indiana. Married March 15, 1827, in Jefferson County, Indiana, to Andrew Woodfill (born 1806, in Kentucky, died post-1880).
**Son Ryker, born and died July 1, 1814.
**Leah Ryker, born February 8, 1818, in Jefferson County, Indiana. Married January 14, 1836, in Jefferson County, Indiana, to Elias Yates (born 1811, in Kentucky).
