Regina (called Jean) was the second of of her parents' five children. She had two bothers (Walter George and John H.) and two sisters (Loretta F and Viola Catherine). Her parents, both from Carver County, MN, married in 1900 in Chaska, MN and moved to Spokane County, Washington area before their children were born. The family farmed on their own property in McIntosh, Spokane, WA. Regina was 19 when she married Otto Hans Roth in Rockford, Spokane, WA on 27 Aug, 1921. The couple had no children.
