Also in her mother's obituary it states that her daughter is Emma Hoy of Roca, Nebraska. Also in the 1930 Lancaster County, Nebraska census Charles O. Hoy is listed with his wife, Emma E, Cleo, Hazel, and stepchildren: Doris C. Ferebee, Marjorie Ferebee and Marion Ferebee. So I am sure that she is Charles Hoy's wife.
