Afton Judd Guymon, 75, of Panguitch, Utah, a former resident of Taylorsville, Utah, died July 24, 1993 in the Garfield Memorial Hospital in Panguitch, Utah.

She was born April 22, 1918 in Panguitch, Utah to Richard Taylor and Martha Lenora Cameron Judd. She married Harold Guymon September 4, 1936 in Panguitch, Utah. Marriage solemnized November 17, 1937 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Member of the LDS Church, she served a stake mission and was active in the Primary, MIA and Relief Society.

Survived by husband, Harold; one son, Harold Jack Guymon; four grandchildren and their spouses: Rodney and Lesia Guymon, Dr. Duane and Kory Moore, Joy Lynne and Allen Hintze, John A. Moore; one great-granddaughter, Sherrill Ann Hintze; a brother and two sisters and their spouses, Thomas Ray and Amelia Judd, Myrtle Shakespear, Dora Ann and Norman Henrie. Preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sherry Lucille; and five brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 26, 1993, 1 p.m. in the Panguitch 1st LDS Ward Chapel, 550 South 100 West in Panguitch, Utah. Friends may call at the ward chapel in Panguitch on Monday morning from 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. Burial, Panguitch Cemetery. Funeral directors, Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary of Richfield, Utah.
