Belle & Arthur Burnett were m. 7 Dec. 1904 in Gering, Scotts Bluff Co., NE. They raised for children: Paul D. Burnett, Laura Amy Burnett, who was born in Nyssa, OR, Clifford Arthur Burnett, and Nettie E. Burnett. Belle attended the Assembly of God Church.

According to the late Glenda Barnes, Belle once told her daughter Laura that the Skinners have both American Indian ancestry and British aristocratic ancestry, but she didn't elaborate on that for anyone in that family before she passed away.
