Mrs. Josie McGregor, 93, Dies Sunday; Services Tuesday
Mrs. Josie Roberts McGregor, 93, a resident of Rt. 1, Leighton, died at home at 5:00 p.m. Sunday after a two week's illness.
A native of Lawrence County, she had lived in Colbert for 17 years and was a member of the Methodist Church.
Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Donald Baptist Church in Lawrence County with Walker Myhan officiating. Burial will follow in the Donald Cemetery with Brown Service in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. L.V. Jeffreys, Town Creek Rt. 3; Mrs. E. Y. McGregor, Leighton, Rt. 1; and Mrs. Hugh Pullen, Oak Ridge, Tenn.; 18 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, four great, great grandchildren.
The body will be at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E.Y. McGregor until time for services.
Active bearers will be grandsons.
