Natia Elizabeth Bertram Letner, 83, of Rugby, passed away March 14, 2009, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.
Born September 4, 1925, she was preceded in death by her parents, Spencer and Nettie Meece Bertram; her husband, Ralph M. Letner; four sons: Gerald, Tommy, Dean, and Don; three brothers: Doug, Curt, and Clif Bertram; and one sister, Flora Shelly.
She was a member of Pleasant Home Separate Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters: Sally Carey, Carol Beaty, Eva Mae Bell, Linda Letner, Shelia Wright, Janis Jones, Evelyn Letner, and Angela Letner; sons: Sonny, Bobby, and Steve Letner; daughters-in-law, Betty Letner and Melinda Letner; 35 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, brother, Harold Ray Bertram; sister, Hattie Fletcher; and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted March 16, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Golden officiating. Interment followed at Laurel Dale Cemetery in Rugby.
