Gertie (Polly) Alexander Crabtree was my great grandmother and she had several children. I believe that Uncle Tom was the only one listed. There was General Wayne Crabtree who was my grandfather, and he is buried in the Lonely Cemetery on top of Morris Hill in Wayne Co. There was Charlie Crabtree, Belle Crabtree and Mandy Crabtree and they are all buried in the Old Sandusky Cemetery in Wayne Co. Belle has a marker but Charlie and Mandy do not. I know where they are buried because my mother always put flowers on their graves. Polly raised my mother Lizzie Crabtree Jones and my uncles Sam and Porter Crabtree when their mother died when my mom was 10 years old.
