Tony Rosencrantz, son of Swiss immigrant Jacob Anthony & Unknown Rosencrantz. Tony came to the US at the age of 3. He grew up in Thomas Co.,GA. On 1 October 1861, he joined the Confederate States Army, 29th Georgia Infantry Regiment, Company H "Thomas County Volunteers", wounded at Kennesaw Mountain, GA 27 June 1864, died 15 September 1864 in VA.
