Alta the three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kays, died last Wednesday about noon, at the home of Mr. Atkins, and was buried on Thursday. Mrs. Kays and their two other children are sick but are thought to be out of danger. They have scarlet fever instead of measles, as was reported last week. The family have the sympathy of the entire neighborhood in their double bereavement.
