Bernard"Mac" C. McCleskey, 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1952, died Sunday, May 23, 1999. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Thelma McCleskey of Albuquerque; son, Wayne C. McCleskey of Tucson, AZ; daughter, Sandra A. Burk and husband, Dean of Washougal, WA; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Josie McKinley of T or C; brother, Alton McCleskey and wife, Loyce of Los Lunas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. McCleskey was preceded in death by his son, Preston McCleskey; grandson, Lynn McCleskey; and brother, Melborne McCleskey. He was a lifetime member of the N.R.A. Mr. McCleskey was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. Memorial services will be recited Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW, with Deacon Rene Greivel reciting. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., at St. Anne's Catholic Church, with Rev. Thomas Mayefske, Celebrant. Interment will take place Thursday,11:00 a.m., at Caballo Cemetery in Caballo, NM.
