Adelia A. (Lampman), wife of Charles P. Johnson, of the Stanwiz Hotel, died at the Memorial Hospital, at 1:15 o'clock yesterday morning of chronic endocarditis and chronic nephritis, aged 57 years, 7 months and 27 days, after a sickness of 10 weeks.
She was taken to the hospital April 27th, but had been sick a long time before then. Mrs. Johnson was born in Rutland, VT, daughter of Benjamin and Adelaid (Smith) Lampman. She had lived in Worcester 40 years. Aside from her husband, she leaves three children, a daughter, Ora, wife of Oscar T. Sharpe and two sons, Ralph and Guy Johnson. A sister, Mrs. Hannah Weeks, Brooklyn, also survives her.
Mrs. Johnson was a member of Naomi Rebekah lodge, I.O.O.F. The funeral will be at 11 o'clock tomorrow forenoon from Curtis Chapel, Rev. Edward M. Saunier officiating. There will be singing by Walter S. Knowles and Miss Luella R. Flagg. Burial will be in Hope cemetery.
