Adrienne V. Lacy 83, of Rushville passed away December 29, 2004 at Rush Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Rushville August 17, 1921 the daughter of the daughter of the late Harold G. & Lucy Hampton Case. She married Carl W. "Tag" Lacy in 1937 and he preceded her in death in 1996. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons Robert E. (wife Ann) Lacy of Rushville, Larry L (wife Barbara) Lacy of Port Richey, FL, and Dick (wife Julie) Lacy of Manilla; one brother Harold (wife Louise) Case and one sister Margaret Elliott all of Rushville; Nine Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren also survive.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM January 3, 2005 at Todd Funeral Home in Rushville with Mick Saunders officiating. Burial will take place at Little Blue River Cemetery in Rush County. Friends may call Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
