Mrs. Mary E. Lucas, wife of Isaac Lucas, passed away at her home in this city this morning at 1 o'clock after a lingering illness. She had been sick for several years and her death was not unexpected.
The funeral services will be held from the M.E. Church tomorrow (Friday) afternoon, conducted by Rev. H. I. Dolson. Mr. Lucas and family have the sympathy of all in this, their sad hour of bereavement.
