Excerpt -- W. H. Bolyard of Reedsville died in a Hampton, Va., hospital Monday at the age of 85. A native of Stevensburg, he was born Sept. 30, 1876, a son of the late George B. and Martha Wolfe Bolyard. Survivors include two sons, Roy B. Bolyard of Gala Bend, Ariz., and Lester W. Bolyard of Greenville, Oh.; three daughters, Mrs. Leola S. Martin of Morgantown, Mrs. Evelyn Metheny of Terra Alta and Mrs. Bessie B. Smith of Phoebus, Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Adis Hibbs of Fairview and Mrs. Donna Welch of St. Petersburg, Fla.; 22 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at the Mt. Israel Church near Fellowsville Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. William E. Richards officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
