Castile--Mrs. Arlene H. Bailey, 65, of West Park Road died October 22, 1994 at her home. Mrs. Bailey was born in Philadelphia, Pa., November 24, 1928, a daughter of the late Joseph T. and Clara Armstrong Tinney. She was a graduate of the Glosser High School in Glosser, N. J.. She worked as a housekeeper at WCCH and also for the Top of the Hill Restaurant in Warsaw. She is survived by two brothers, Daniel Tinney of Thorofare, NJ and George Tinney of Woodbury, NJ; two sisters, Alberta Achey of Verga, NJ, Patricia Schafer of Haddonfield, NJ; two sisters-in-law, Mickey White and Betty Tisdale, both of Gainesville; a godchild, Julie Buckley of Pavilion; and several nieces and nephews. She was the wife of Ivan "Bud" Bailey who died in 1985 and the mother of US Marine Joseph T. Bailey who died in 1968. Funeral services were at Weeks Funeral Home with burial in Maple Grove.
