She was born in Freeport and had lived in that area all of her life.
She was preceded in death in 1911 by her husband Bernard.
Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Charles Hoffmann (Bertha), Melrose; L. J. of Sauk Rapids; N. B. of Staples; Leo, Paoli, Pa. and Joan Ollinger, Minneapolis. Three children preceded her in death.
Also surviving are her brother and sister: Joseph Benolken, New Munich and Mrs. Theresa Rose, Freeport.
She was a member of the Christian Mothers and St. Elizabeth society.
Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Boniface church, Melrose with burial in the parish cemetery.
