Looking at image of headstone, which is damaged, it appears that the spelling of the surname in the inscription is Bludworth.

Original burial entry in Sexton's ledger book says Mr. Bloodsworth child of, born in GA, died aged 3 years of Chills and Fever and buried September 28, 1868 in Public Ground as a Resident of Columbus, GA (so probably died there), sexton Robert Thomas Simons

The listing from a 1943 survey of Linwood Cemetery conducted by the LDS Southern States Mission shows: BLOODWORTH, Annie Laura, b. 17 Aug. 1865, dau. of M. E. and Mrs. Bloodworth, d. 26 Sept. 1868. [This list has been alphabetized and so does not indicate the location of this grave within the cemetery or its proximity to others graves.] Milus E. BLUDSWORTH married 10 AUG 1862 in Muscogee County, Georgia, to Martha COOK.

Autry's Historic Linwood Cemetery book (edited by Dowd and others), Volume 2, p. 96, shows dates as May 17, 1866-- September 26, 1868, but birth year in image of inscription appears to be 1865, which is also what the LDS 1943 survey reported, and the sexton record says she was 3 years old.

Perhaps related to the child of James W. BLOODSWORTH (buried 18 SEP 1871, aged I months, in Section 2, Lot 506). Also reported to be buried in that lot is S. COOK (buried 05 MAR 1874, aged 36 years).
