Her death certificate is Frances Penelope "Nep" Keck the name she used, b Apr 4, 1900 Pettigrew, Madison Co, AR, the daughter of Simon Redmon "Bud" Keck and Margaret Jane "Maggie" Duncan. Nep died January 31, 1958 at her home in Pettigrew, Madison Co, AR of cancer. Nep married Ed Clark (James Edgar "Ed" Clark aka James Edward Clark (delayed birth certificate, he changed his name with Uncle Jim Martin witness) at Jordan, Madison Co, AR by P. A. Ogden on February 16, 1916. Nep inherited from her parents and sold her interest in the estate, then bought the house she lived in at Pettigrew, living there the rest of her life except for a very brief time in Kansas City. Nep's oldest child, Thelma L. Clark died Kansas City, Missouri when accidentally struck by an automobile after she walked in front of the bus into traffic. She is buried Cove Cemetery beside her parents. Nep's oldest son, Trice Cole Clark died March 2, 1990 Oklahoma City, OK, bur Arlington Memory Gardens, Oklahoma City, OK. He was a career Army soldier and a graduate of the University of Arkansas. Two other children are living.
