Bonnie Lee Dicks, daughter of the late Dines Spradling and Bessie Pennington Spradling, was born on August 23, 1937, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and departed this life on May 1, 2022, at Winchester Nursing in Bernie, Missouri, at the age of 84 years.
Mrs. Dicks had worked for many years at Arvin Automotive in Dexter, Missouri. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Dexter and a resident of Dexter.
On December 22, 1977, in Piggott, Arkansas, she was united in marriage to Samuel "Guy" Dicks. Mr. Dicks preceded her in death on May 13, 2016.
She is survived by her daughter, Lana Inman of Dexter, Missouri; by two grandchildren, Tracey Jackson and Gentry Jackson and wife Alicia; by five great-grandchildren, Kolby Jackson, Carter Childers, Kaden Jackson, Zach Jackson, and Abbigal Jackson; and by one great-great grandson on the way.
Other than by her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ronnie Inman; by her sister, Dorthy Pratt; and by five brothers, Charles Spradling, Ormal Spradling, Kenneth Spradling, Loren Spradling and Glen Spradling.
Graveside services will be conducted at Chalk Bluff Cemetery on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Lonny Mittag officiating.
