Fredricksburg: Funeral services for Vern P. Schoolcraft, 66, rural Fredricksburg, who died Saturday were held Tuesday at the Methodist church in Fredricksburg. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery at Charles City with Chenoweth Funeral Services, Fredricksburg in charge.
Survivors include his wife and five children, Mrs. Harold Schwartzrock, Charles City, Mrs. Ralph Bettesworth, Etrick, Wis, Mrs. Gene Skillen, Greene, Mrs. Clifford Grey, Burlington, and Edgar Schoolcraft, Waterloo.
Also two sisters, Mrs. Estella Mason and Mrs. Lavern Stratton, Charles City; and a brother George Schoolcraft, Forest City.
