Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Catherine Baird, aged 76, who died Wednesday at her home in Roann, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the First Brethren church in Roann with the Rev. R.G. Mares officiating. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows cemetery there.

Mrs. Baird was born September 8, 1862, to Jacob and Mary C. (Walgamuth) Early. Her marriage was to Samuel M. Baird who is deceased. She was a resident of Roann for over 50 years and was a member of the Eastern Star there and a member of the Women's Missionary society for 15 years.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Flynn, Roann; three sisters, Mrs. George Mayhugh, Berthold, North Dakota; Mrs. Theodore Moe, Bainesville, Montana; and Mrs. Margaret Shoemaker, Wenatchee, Wash.; and seven grandchildren, Mary Ellen Flynn, Roann, Mrs. Kathryn Dargity, Detroit, Mich., Dorothy, Yvonne and Gene Baird, Van Wert, O., and Helen and Betty Baird, Montpelier, O.
