Funeral services for Miss Cora Jane McCrary, 72, were held at 2:30 pm Sunday, in Zions Rest Primitive Baptist Church, with the Rev. J. D. Wagnon and the Rev. Lum Ellis officiating. Burial was in Zions Rest Cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.
Miss McCrary died Friday in St. Francis Sanitarium, following a brief illness. She was a native of Jackson Parish and a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include 6 sisters, Mrs. Lola Dodd, Wisner; Mrs. Tempie Pullin, Dodson; Mrs. Bessie Johns, Mrs. Sallie Swanner, Mrs. Ruby Beasley, and Mrs. Mabel Beaulieu, all of Jonesboro.
Nephews served as pallbearers.
