Edith Lowerre Aschoff of Middletown, a retired seamstress for Miss Swank, Middletown, and a lifelong resident of the area, died Sunday, Nov. 9, at home. She was 82.
The daughter of the late Charles P. and Bertha Swartout Lowerre, she was born Feb. 25, 1915, in Middletown. She was the widow of William Aschoff.
Survivors include one brother, Walter Lowerre of Middletown, and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburg.
Funeral arrangements were made by Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Middletown.
