Born on October 1, 1934 in Utah to Paul Goldie and Eliza M. Jackson Chase. Married Verna Kelly 1966 in Salt Lake City. Member LDS Church, U.S. Veteran.

Survived by; wife, one son and one daughter ..., all of Salt Lake City; two sisters; .....

Funeral services, Saturday ten a.m., McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m. Interment, Elysian Burial Gardens."
