Wesley Robert "Ozzie" Osborne, 84, of 106 Greenwood Drive in Hagerstown, died Monday, April 10, 2006, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Oct. 31, 1921, in Cross Keys, Pa., he was the son of the late Riley I. Osborne and Edith Wilt Osborne.
He was employed with the Review & Herald Publishing Co., retiring after 30 years of service.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Hagerstown Seventh-day Adventist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Margie Amick Osborne; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Effie Trexler.
Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, Hagerstown. The Rev. Richard Remmers will officiate. Private burial will be in Carson Valley Cemetery, Cross Keys.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
